By now you should have received an email with an invoice for registration fees. Please be aware that scouts that have not paid their registration fee on or before January 19 will not be able to participate in any activities until their registration fee is paid.
Attached are the rules and regulations for building the pinewood derby cars. Please remember that the scouts are to do the majority of the work with assistance from their parents, grandparents, etc. All cars will be inspected the day of the Pinewood Derby Race to be sure that the car meets the rules and regulations. PACK EVENTS FOLLOW HUDSONVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT CLOSINGS. For example, if Hudsonville cancels evening events on the night of a pack meeting then the pack meeting is cancelled.

January is the Pack's recharter month. The registration fee for the 2012 year will be due at the pack meeting on January 19. The fee is $85.00 made payable to Pack 3149. A report will be sent out to the parents of those scouts that sold popcorn letting you know how much money is in your scouts account.

All Cub Scouts interested in walking in the Hudsonville Holiday Parade should meet in the parking lot of the Pinnacle Center at 3330 Highland Drive at 9:30 AM on November 19. Parents are welcome to walk along with their Scout. Also, if ever Scout could bring a small bag of candy to pass out that would be great. All Scouts should be in full uniform for this event. Pack Parents- I have to change the due date for the Fall Hike to Thursday, October 27. If you are planning to attend, I will need your money in a sealed envelope at the pack meeting on Thursday evening. You can register after Thursday evening but the cost of the event goes up.
